Corporate program FAQ
What's the minimum order, and how does pricing work?
Programs start at 10 cards. Volume discounts apply in tiers, 10–49, 50–249, and 250+, on the total order value. Card values can be uniform or mixed, anywhere from $25 to $2,500 per card. Request a quote for exact tier rates.
How do recipients get their cards?
Either we bulk-send from your CSV (each person receives their own card and your company message), or we issue the codes to you for internal distribution, useful for printed holiday cards or event handouts.
Can we pay on invoice with a PO?
Yes, on orders of 50+ cards, with standard payment terms and a single consolidated receipt. Smaller orders are paid by card at checkout.
Can sends be scheduled, for example, for the December holidays?
Yes. Lock the order in October, schedule delivery for the December morning of your choice. Enterprise programs can stagger sends across multiple dates, the same engine behind our Schedule a Future Send feature.
What if a recipient's email bounces or a card goes unused?
Bounced sends are flagged back to you for correction and re-sent free. Unused cards never expire and carry no fees, so no value is ever forfeited, and unredeemed cards from a bad address can be voided and reissued.
Can we get a corporate tartan of our own?
Yes, Enterprise programs can commission a custom corporate tartan via our tartan designer, woven to order for your organization's pieces. Ask about it in your pricing request.
Is this only for US companies?
No, cards deliver by email worldwide, and we ship worldwide (free over $300 per order). Highland societies, pipe bands, and Scottish heritage organizations outside the US use the same program. See the shipping policy.
